As part of its event hosting and professional training activities, APEX PERFORMANCE, as data controller, collects and processes personal data in compliance with current regulations, in particular the "Informatique et Libertés" law of 6 January 1978 as amended and the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
We are committed to ensuring a high level of protection and transparency with regard to the data collected via our site, our forms (quote requests, host applications, training) and our CRM tools.

  • Administrative data: as part of registration for training (CPF, assessments).

We do not collect sensitive data or data concerning minors without parental authorization.

4. Purposes of processing

  • Respond to your contact or quote requests.

  • Process your applications (hostesses).

  • Manage training registrations.
